Last updated: April 20, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing and using the AIpedia website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

AIpedia is an independent editorial publication that reviews, compares, and rates artificial-intelligence products. Content is provided for informational purposes only. AIpedia is not affiliated with the vendors it reviews except where a specific commercial relationship is disclosed in the disclosure page or within a given article.

3. No professional advice

Information published on AIpedia is editorial commentary. It is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, or technical advice. Before making commercial or technical decisions based on anything you read here, confirm facts against the vendor's own documentation and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional.

4. Third-party products and links

AIpedia describes third-party products and links to third-party websites. We do not operate those products or websites. Your use of a third-party product is governed by that product's own terms and privacy policy. AIpedia is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your interaction with a third-party product.

5. Intellectual property

Text, original screenshots, illustrations, and editorial layout on AIpedia are the copyright of AIpedia or its licensors. You may quote short extracts for non-commercial purposes (such as a tweet, citation, or academic note) provided you link back to the source page. Wholesale reproduction of articles without prior written permission is not permitted.

Vendor logos, product names, and trademarks referenced on AIpedia remain the property of their respective owners and are used for editorial identification only.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or republish the Service other than through publicly advertised feeds such as our sitemap and RSS feed.
  • Attempt to disrupt or probe the security of the Service.
  • Use the Service to distribute unlawful, harmful, or misleading content, including submitting fraudulent correction requests.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIpedia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that published information will be free of omissions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIpedia and its editors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be brought before the competent courts in Japan.
